The 30-Day Happy Dog Guarantee.

If your dog isn't resting easier, we want to make it right. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

• Items should be in their original condition where possible (we understand dogs are involved, so reach out and we'll work with you).
• To start a return, email support@longservice.shop with your order number.
• We'll confirm your return and send you the correct return address, which depends on the item and where it shipped from. Please wait to hear from us before sending anything back.
• Return shipping is on us: we'll send you a prepaid label.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is confirmed.
