Long Service exists for one kind of dog: the older one. The one with the greying face, the slower mornings, and the same big heart they've always had.

We started this shop because aging dogs deserve products built around what they actually need: relief for stiff joints, calm for anxious nights, and comfort that helps them rest deeper and stay themselves for longer. Not generic pet gear, but thoughtful, honestly sourced products chosen for senior dogs and the people who love them.

The name is the whole idea. A dog who has been beside you for twelve years has given long service, and the years that follow should be the comfortable ones.

Every product we carry is picked with one question in mind: would this make a good dog's golden years a little better? If the answer isn't a clear yes, it doesn't make the cut.
